When creating an account you need to complete and confirm the email, name, address and a payment option. The payment option is just to use for later payments.
The payment is made by RawCloud at the beginning of the month, for previous bill. You will receive the bill couple of days before the payment is done, and RawCloud will use the payment option to cover the bill.
Yes, is very simple. In dashboard, both in Payment-> Billing Information page or in Overview page, you can see how much your expenses are, updated every hour.
The datacenter is located in European Union.
In dashboard, under User Settings, there is a form to cancel the account. If you click to cancel it, will need 48h to remove the account and send the bill with remaining cost to pay. After that your account is closed.
